  I was born in The Hague. As a toddler, I moved to England with my parents and older brother.
At nineteen, I decided to return to the Netherlands for a short stay. Long story short, at seventy-four,
I now live in Noord Brabant in the south of the country. After running my own computer hardware
company for thirty years, I am now retired and divide my time between travelling around Europe in
my much-loved motorhome and a range of creative pursuits.
Why bringmetoitaly.com? After holidays in the
hills above Lake Como, my partner and I often spend
hours browsing Italian properties online. Just a dream, but that's just the way it is.
When did one of my hobbies turn into an obsession? After eleven years of portrait drawing classes led by a talented artist, I’m getting carried away with it all. Hence the site www.bringmetoitaly.com.
